Shape the future of water sustainability with Stantec as a Construction Inspector. Ensure project integrity while promoting environmental stewardship and safety in Ontario's water infrastructure.
In this role based in Toronto, Hamilton, London, or Waterloo, you will oversee construction projects, providing guidance to Contractors and maintaining compliance with regulations. Your skills will play an essential part in improving community water management and responses to climate challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough site inspections throughout construction
• Track and document contractor’s work and materials
• Ensure compliance with plans and safety regulations
• Prepare comprehensive reports on construction progress
• Assist in reviewing project specifications and plans
Requirements:
• Technical qualification in construction or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including tunneling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Must possess a valid Ontario driver’s license
