NAC Mechanical Project Coordinator

Position: NAC Mechanical Project Coordinator Role
Join North America Construction as a Mechanical Project Coordinator at our Dalewood Water Reclamation Facility in St. Thomas, ON. This role emphasizes mechanical processes and project management in a collaborative setting.

In this full-time position, you will report to the Project Manager and liaise with job site teams to ensure compliance with contract specifications and mechanical standards. Your expertise will drive effective project execution through timely communication and coordination of subcontractor actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with job site teams for effective collaboration

• Create and manage mechanical start-up packages

• Familiarize with mechanical drawings and project scope

• Handle Change Orders and document updates efficiently

• Prepare reports for senior management and teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a construction setting

• Strong command of Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Formal education in construction is preferred

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Valid WHMIS and relevant safety training certificates
