Elevate your career as a Junior Inspector at EXP in Brampton, London, Markham, or Barrie, ON, overseeing vital construction projects.
Your role will involve ensuring contractor compliance and measuring work performance.
In this position, you will document contractor activities, prepare daily reports, and assist in compliance reviews with the Contract Administrator. Your attention to detail and ability to assess contractor capabilities will support successful project completion while ensuring adherence to regulations and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document and review contractor compliance with requirements
• Measure work accurately for proper payment assessments
• Prepare daily reports and maintain photo logs
• Assist in compliance reviews for contractor submissions
• Confirm qualifications of contractor resources and personnel
Requirements:
• Graduate from a Civil Technician or Technologist program
• Experience with municipal grading and construction projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends
