Position: Construction Assistant Project Manager Role

This position assists the Project Manager in planning and executing construction projects. Ideal candidates understand construction workflows and are ready to coordinate trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You'll track costs, support scheduling, and ensure that project milestones are met on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist planning and executing construction project delivery

• Coordinate trades, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders

• Support scheduling, milestone tracking, and site coordination

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and procurement activities

• Participate in site meetings and document project progress

Requirements:

• 2–5 years in construction coordination or site supervision

• Strong understanding of project life cycles and documentation

• Organized with time management skills and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
