Sentry Property Group Inc. is hiring an
Assistant Project Manager (Construction)to support the successful delivery of development and construction projects across Ontario. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction workflows and wants to take on more ownership—helping manage project scopes, schedules, costs, and coordination with trades.

Assist the Project Manager with planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects

Coordinate trades, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, and site coordination

Help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities

Track project costs, POs, invoices, and budget updates; escape risks early

Participate in site meetings, ensure action items are followed up, and document progress

Support quality control, deficiency tracking, and closeout handover documentation

Maintain strong communication with all parties to keep work moving smoothly

• 2–5 years of experience in construction (coordination, site supervision, APM, or similar)
• Solid understanding of construction documentation and project life cycles
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with schedules, budgets, and multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with
  MS Office
  (Excel/Outlook/Word)
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed (Ontario)

Experience with
Procore / Bluebeam / MS Project

Education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar

Certifications like
CAPM/PMP
(not required)
