Your role encompasses conducting site inspections, facilitating safety protocols, and ensuring communication among surface construction teams. You will actively participate in monitoring and recommending corrective actions based on field conditions, ensuring project success aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections of assigned construction sites

• Review and implement best practices from past operations

• Conduct one formal safety inspection each week

• Ensure adherence to safety plans and standards
