Join Good Life Fitness as a Construction Project Coordinator, supporting CAPEX approved projects with your expertise. Collaborate with managers to oversee project documentation and administrative duties while enhancing your professional growth.
This role is crucial for the Construction Department, assisting in the preparation of pre-construction documents, managing invoices, and tracking budgets and schedules. You'll be involved in minor project oversight from start to finish, liaising with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute and track pre-construction documents accurately
• Update tracking systems for budgets and project schedules
• Organize job progress documents and maintain the shared drive
• Prepare project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports
• Coordinate with construction teams for seamless project execution
Requirements:
• College degree in Construction or Architectural fields
• 1 year of relevant construction experience
• Strong construction knowledge and skills
• Willingness to travel monthly and weekly
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
