Position: Quantity Surveyor Opportunity
Take on a pivotal role as a Quantity Surveyor for a flagship residential development project in East London. This position involves key commercial responsibilities and collaboration with subcontractors.

O’Neill and Brennan is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a significant £100m residential project. You will be responsible for commercial management and procurement processes, ensuring streamlined operations for package delivery. This role is suited for candidates with substantial experience in large residential schemes from either a main contracting or development background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the procurement process for subcontract packages

• Manage commercial aspects of 50% of on-site packages

• Negotiate and prepare final accounts with subcontractors

• Provide monthly cost reports and commercial forecasts

• Manage change control and associated commercial risks

Requirements:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in related fields

• Successful background in large residential project deliveries

• Detailed knowledge of subcontract procurement

• Proven experience in final account preparation

• Understanding of JCT contract frameworks
