We are looking for a knowledgeable Senior Estimator/Project Manager with Tradition Construction Inc. to guide construction efforts in Southwestern Ontario. This role merges senior estimating proficiency with comprehensive project oversight. Ideal candidates will bring creativity and practical solutions to project challenges while ensuring effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders. Occasional travel to job sites is required for effective management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish

• Compile estimates and manage procurement activities

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and documentation

• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers effectively

• Conduct site visits to assess quality and safety

Requirements:

• Experience in construction management

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred

• Knowledge of estimating processes is beneficial

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and safe transportation required
