Position: Project Coordinator for Heavy Civil Projects
Drive successful heavy civil projects as a Project Coordinator in London, Ontario, with a focus on bridgework, roadwork, and water/sewer initiatives. Liaise with clients, vendors, and teams, ensuring project documentation and safety standards are met.

In this role, you will have at least five years of experience managing complex projects in heavy civil construction. Your expertise will include project scheduling, documentation control, and proficiency in project management software like Procore or MS Project. Your organizational skills and ability to coordinate different parties will be critical to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors efficiently

• Prepare comprehensive progress reports and site instructions

• Participate in tender preparation and bid assembly with Estimator

• Maintain safety records and conduct audits as required

• Compile close-out documents and arrange certificates for completion

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of Project Coordinator experience

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field

• Ability to interpret construction drawings accurately

• Experience with project management tools like Primavera

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
