J. Rauti Custom Homes is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team in the Windsor-Essex region. We specialize in high-quality custom homes and luxury residential developments, with a reputation built on craftsmanship, professionalism, and over 30 years of experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality control, and delivering an exceptional finished product to our clients.

• Supervise all phases of residential construction projects
• Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and inspections
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within company standards
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized job site
• Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality construction throughout all stages
• Review plans, specifications, and site progress daily
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, trades, suppliers, and management
• Identify and resolve construction issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with Ontario building codes and health & safety regulations
• Conduct site walkthroughs and deficiency reviews prior to completion

• Previous experience supervising residential construction projects
• Robust knowledge of residential building practices and construction sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in custom home construction is considered a strong asset
