Contracts Manager for Civil Engineering Projects

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Join a leading Groundworks and Civil Engineering company as a Contracts Manager. This role focuses on overseeing the construction phase for new projects while managing a dedicated team.

In this key role, you will report to a Director and assume full responsibility for project delivery within your region. Your leadership will ensure high standards and timely project completion, while you engage a team of Contracts Managers and Site Managers. The goal is to drive improvements in quality, processes, and team motivation to meet project demands effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of construction projects

• Manage and motivate Contracts and Site Managers

• Uphold high standards throughout project phases

• Collaborate with commercial teams to support initiatives

• Identify resource needs and recruit effectively

Requirements:

• Experience as a Construction or Senior Contracts Manager

• Proven leadership skills with large teams

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities

• Excellent commercial acumen in project delivery
