We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial aspects of substantial subcontract packages. Ideal candidates have backgrounds in main contracting or residential development, with an emphasis on relationship building and project delivery. You will enhance your expertise while managing significant responsibilities on a flagship project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement processes for subcontract packages

• Manage 50% of site-based subcontract packages

• Prepare and negotiate final accounts effectively

• Produce detailed cost reports and monthly updates

• Manage variations and mitigate commercial risks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor

• Background in main contracting or residential development

• Expertise in subcontract procurement processes

• Familiarity with preparing final accounts

• Knowledge of JCT forms of contract
