Our client seeks an experienced estimator who specializes in the Water and Wastewater sector but is open to those with diverse construction backgrounds.

Your role will center on analyzing project specs, conducting cost estimates, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure competitive bidding. You'll drive critical infrastructure projects while adhering to safety regulations and municipal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications and drawings thoroughly

• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations

• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Evaluate bids and negotiate competitive pricing

• Prepare and present comprehensive bid proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent

• Proven estimating experience on Ontario-based projects

• Strong knowledge of municipal bidding procedures

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
