In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with the Site Superintendent, managing field operations and leading skilled crews. Your hands-on approach to supervising construction activities will be crucial for maintaining safety, productivity, and quality on significant infrastructure projects in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead bridge construction crew while engaging in hands-on work

• Create daily work plans and set clear responsibility assignments

• Monitor safe practices and productivity on-site

• Conduct toolbox talks and daily hazard assessments

• Coordinate effective workflows among labor and subcontractors

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in heavy civil or bridge construction

• Strong familiarity with construction methodologies and standards

• Proficient in reading engineering and construction documentation

• Ability to document field activities and production changes

• Valid driver’s license for project site access
