Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Site Manager with project oversight and coordination

• Enforce health and safety standards, collaborating with managers

• Conduct training and performance support for site staff

• Maintain site presentation and cleanliness

• Manage progress returns and quality control inspections

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential construction as an Assistant Site Manager

• In-depth knowledge of building legislation and NHBC standards

• Valid First Aid and Scaffold Appreciation certificates

• Strong team management and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to travel to sites and work outdoors
