Community Development Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and contractors on project details

• Provide project oversight and support daily execution

• Assist engineers in site grading and servicing design

• Prepare sketches, technical reports, and drawings

• Support all project phases from concept to post-construction

Requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent in a related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Understanding of grading and drainage design

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
