Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction management from pre-construction to completion

• Prepare regular and accurate billings for Owners

• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders

• Monitor project cost reports and maintain positive cash flow

• Lead meetings to support team development and project progression

Requirements:

• Construction-related degree and 15+ years of experience

• Experience in ICI construction projects preferred

• Strong knowledge of scheduling and project management

• Proven mentoring and delegation skills

• Ability to build strong client relationships
