Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance to ensure project compliance

• Manage document control including RFIs and change orders

• Collaborate with the Project Superintendent on planning

• Coordinate subcontractors for quality execution and timelines

• Monitor costs, production, and KPIs for reporting

Requirements:

• Construction degree with 10+ years experience

• Proficient in scheduling and project management software

• Experience in complex ICI construction projects

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to analyze cost reports effectively
