Project Manager for Construction Projects

In this role, you will leverage your construction experience and degree to navigate complex projects while working closely with the Project Superintendent. You will resolve issues in real time, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and drive business development opportunities. Your contributions to document control and cost monitoring will be key to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret drawings and specifications for execution support
• Manage RFI, submittals, and change orders
• Monitor project costs, production, and KPIs
• Lead meetings and provide timely reporting to leaders
• Coach team members and aid in succession planning
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant construction experience
• Proficient in project management software
• Proven ability in complex ICI projects
• Innovative management techniques for performance
• Strong analytical skills in cost reporting
