Structural Steel Package Manager

Elevate your career as a Structural Steel Package Manager on a major infrastructure project in West London. Lead critical packages including roofing, cladding, and glazing with a focus on safety and delivery.

In this pivotal role reporting to the Senior Package Manager, your expertise in managing subcontractors will ensure successful end-to-end delivery of major structural packages. Working on-site four days a week, you will resolve design interface issues while maintaining strict commercial control under NEC
3. You will play a key role in overseeing 1-2 Assistant Package Managers, ensuring efficiency and compliance in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of structural steelwork and envelope packages

• Manage subcontractor performance and activity readiness

• Oversee design management and resolve escalated site clashes

• Partner with Package QS on NEC3 contract compliance

• Drive construction sequence strategies and manage temporary works

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification

• Proven knowledge of NEC3 contract management

• Experience with large-scale Tier 1 infrastructure projects

• Background in subcontractor management and site activity

• Valid CSCS card and right to work in the UK
