The Lead Hand Carpenter plays a vital role reporting to the Civil Superintendent, guiding a team of ten in daily operations. You will manage materials, oversee cleanliness, and ensure timely delivery of tools and equipment. A strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a formwork crew effectively on construction sites

• Plan and monitor material deliveries for seamless workflow

• Oversee cleanliness and organization of work areas

• Coach and train team members in construction practices

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Trade Certification or equivalent experience

• 3 years in construction as a lead hand or foreperson

• Experience with Doka shoring and concrete walls

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid First Aid and health safety certificates
