Position: Construction Coordinator for Mining Operations
Drive mining project success as a Construction Coordinator, overseeing safety and productivity at our site. This role focuses on managing crews and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.

As a Construction Coordinator, you will be accountable for the safe execution of tasks while optimizing work efficiency among the assigned crew. Oversee contractor performance and maintain clear communication with various departments. Engage in continuous safety audits and ensure that all working conditions comply with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce adherence to safety policies and procedures

• Direct crews to meet and exceed production goals

• Supervise equipment assignments and conditions

• Keep detailed shift logs for performance tracking

• Facilitate regular safety audits on-site

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years in a supervisory role

• Proficiency in Occupational Health and Safety Act

• Experience with Mining Regulations

• Good computer skills with MS Office

• Ability to handle physical job demands
