Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preconstruction efforts to enhance project design and constructability

• Engage in design meetings with clients, architects, and engineers

• Review drawings and specifications, providing actionable insights

• Prepare Construction Management Plans considering site logistics

• Assist industrial clients with equipment integration and feasibility studies

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or Architecture

• 5-10 years of progressive construction experience

• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

• Professional Engineering or Architecture qualifications preferred
