Location: St. Thomas
NAC Constructors Ltd. is hiring a full-time Construction Labourer for the Dalewood Water Reclamation Facility in St. Thomas, ON. This role requires significant physical effort and adherence to safety protocols.
As a Labourer at North America Construction (1993) Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in heavy construction work. Your duties will span site preparation, concrete tasks, and supporting specialized trades, all while prioritizing safety and quality in every action you take.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow safety standards in all work performed
• Prepare and assess work sites for ongoing construction
• Assist with material handling and formwork tasks
• Engage in concrete placing and demolition procedures
• Tend to construction equipment as needed
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant construction experience
• Familiarity with formwork and concrete techniques
• Required safety certifications including WHMIS
• Experience operating Skid Steer and Telehandler
• Leadership qualities with strong attendance
