Magil Construction seeks an experienced superintendent with at least five years supervising high-rise projects. You will lead construction from structure and envelope through building systems, finishes, phased occupancy, and turnover. Strong drawing interpretation, scheduling, safety, and communication skills are essential for coordinating the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and personnel
Manage short-term schedules, logistics, and trade sequencing
Resolve progress issues, delays, conflicts, and constructability concerns
Oversee structure, envelope, systems, finishes, and turnover
Coordinate inspections, occupancy requirements, deficiencies, and closeout
Requirements:
At least five years supervising high-rise construction projects
Completed at least one high-rise project through phased occupancy
Strong concrete construction, sequencing, and trade coordination knowledge
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and safety regulations
Bring high-rise supervision, site leadership, and construction coordination expertise to Magil Construction’s downtown London project.
