Senior Heavy Civil Project Manager

Lead heavy civil projects in London, Ontario, using construction management expertise, scheduling discipline, and strong stakeholder communication. Full-time work includes remote opportunities.

Green space Construction Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects from tender review through close-out. The position covers heavy civil construction, municipal infrastructure, contract administration, financial reporting, and onsite coordination. You will work with senior management, consultants, owners, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Evaluate tender opportunities and finalize competitive submissions
• Develop work plans, baseline schedules, and progress updates
• Coordinate site teams, consultants, owners, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor quantities, budgets, invoices, forecasts, and projections
• Lead meetings and compile project close-out submittals

• Post-secondary construction, project management, or engineering education
• Ten to fifteen years of progressive Project Manager experience
• Heavy civil construction and municipal infrastructure background
• Experience managing five-million-to-twenty-five-million-dollar-plus projects
• Valid G driver’s license and vehicle
