As an experienced Commercial Manager or senior commercial professional, you will manage profitability, cash, risk, and contractual performance. Your work will support operations, procurement, estimating, legal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. The company seeks proven leadership across multiple construction projects or a regional division.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cash collection, invoicing, and accrued income
- Identify contractual and financial risks, including potential disputes
- Support tender adjudications with accurate delivery cost data
- Work with operations, procurement, estimating, and legal teams
- Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Track record improving project profitability and managing commercial risk
- Strong financial reporting, forecasting, and cash-management skills
- Confidence working with clients, operational teams, and senior management
- Proactive, commercially focused, and hands-on approach
- Experience managing commercial performance across construction projects
