Role Summary
As the Director, Global Media & Content, you will be responsible for defining and executing a cohesive, engaging, and measurable global brand content strategy across all digital channels for our global brand with the objective of driving stronger client experience and engagement with our brand.
Reporting to the AVP of Global Brand & Marketing, you will lead two highly integrated functions:
Content Strategy & Production and Corporate Design. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving brand awareness, engagement, and business results through world-class brand content.
Develop a unified, data-driven global brand content strategy that aligns with brand goals, marketing objectives, and business priorities.
Serve as the strategic lead for the global content ecosystem, ensuring message and visual consistency across paid, owned, and earned media channels. Your objective will be to have a clear view of content produced globally and act as a centre of excellence for optimizing and scaling global brand content.
Work closely with the Director Marketing Strategy and Growth to manage and prioritize the content pipeline, creative execution and resource allocation across channels, according to the content strategy.
Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for content effectiveness and creative studio efficiency, presenting results and insights to executive leadership.
Lead the development of a global brand content strategy that focuses on activation across owned and paid channels, developing a variety of formats to address target audience needs and journey stages.
Managing Martech tools required to deliver on this mandate including Adobe Gen Studio, Adobe Creative Cloud and Firefly, and an AI-based video production tool (currently being assessed).
Partner closely with corporate communications, corporate function, and compliance teams to oversee the content governance model, including workflow processes, and quality assurance.
Direct the Content Production team (e.g., designers, motion designer, copywriter) to produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets for all channels and internal stakeholders.
Oversee the development of brand assets (photography, illustrations, icons, templates etc.) required to ensure marketing practitioners and employees have access to on-brand assets in our brand asset management system.
Streamline the intake and delivery process for creative requests, optimizing for efficiency, speed and quality.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement in design and production techniques.
Develop and drive a brand asset management strategy – the technology, tools, process and capabilities required to drive efficiency and scale across the organization. You will review and assess the current tool and propose a modernized solution to help us gain pace, quality and scale while enabling best-in-class systems. This will include managing licensing agreements and assets that need to be sunset.

Lead the team responsible for managing the following:
Global Brand Assets and the Global Brand Asset Repository
Support occasional Corporate Design requests: the Corporate function sometimes requires on-brand photos, PDF, posters, images, resizing, typesetting reports (e.g., our Sustainability Report), internal and leader requests, templates, technical guidelines.
