Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely support and maintain customer relationships
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries effectively
• Support Sales and Operations departments
• Handle orders, invoices, returns, and credits
• Maintain accurate databases and documentation
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience
• Preferred retail or wholesale background
• Proficiency in GSuite & CRM software
• Bilingualism (French and English) is a plus
