Make holidays special for shoppers at LCBO as a Holiday Customer Service Representative. Deliver outstanding customer experiences across Ontario retail stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026.
LCBO seeks passionate individuals to create memorable customer interactions during the festive season. This role involves providing assistance, engaging with customers, and supporting them through their holiday shopping journey. Paid online training will enhance your skills in customer service, wine, beer, cider, and spirits knowledge, ensuring you feel confident in this engaging position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the POS system for customer transactions
• Request donations for our Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Surveys
• Manage inventory and maintain store organization
• Lift heavy cases up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods
Requirements:
• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holiday availability required
• Ability to lift and organize inventory
