In this full-time role, you'll provide vital sales support in the mining sector by processing customer orders and inquiries. Your expertise will foster strong relationships, impacting sales targets and customer satisfaction significantly. Central to this role are excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and process incoming customer orders
• Handle inquiries via phone or email regarding quotes and pricing
• Review and expedite back-order reports weekly
• Maintain strong product knowledge for effective customer support
• Arrange shipment and logistics for equipment/materials
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or related field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
• Proven background in customer service and sales
• Familiarity with mining industry preferred
