Replacement, inheriting patient charts

• Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible)
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2 Saturdays/month: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• 3,255 active patients | ~50 new patients/month
• 6 operatories (1 dedicated to associate)
• 2–3 hygiene chairs daily
• Fully staffed with CDA, RDHs, and treatment coordinator
• Technology:
  Dentrix PMS, iOS, Digital X‑rays, Soft Tissue Laser, Videa Health | Paperless
• Convenient strip‑plaza location with free parking; modern expansion in 2019

• Bread & Butter Dentistry
• Endodontics (basic & advanced)
• Oral Surgery (basic & surgical; socket preservation an asset)
• Crown & Bridge | Removable Prosthetics (partials/flippers helpful)
• Implants & Invisalign
• Sedation:
  Nitrous & IV available
• Mentorship available in extractions, implants, Invisalign, and treatment planning
