• Primary and FSL qualifications (first consideration)
• Junior or Intermediate and FSL qualifications (second consideration)
• Primary, Junior or Intermediate qualifications with a background and interest in FSL (third consideration)

• Copy of Roman Catholic baptismal certificate or confirmation letter from the parish confirming completion of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
• Declaration of Commitment form
• Two professional academic references
• Ontario College of Teachers’ Certificate of Qualification (if applicable)
• Most recent teacher performance appraisal summative reports or practice teaching reports (if applicable)
