Youth Worker - Crash Bed Program

Southwestern Ontario Youth for Christ/Youth Unlimited YFC is a youth-focused, faith-based organization dedicated to helping young people in Southwestern Ontario reach their full potential by demonstrating love and care for their whole person.

We are seeking an individual to plan, implement, and engage in youth activities within our Crash Bed Program in Strathroy, ON. The ideal candidate should be able to develop programs leveraging their God-given abilities while addressing the needs of the community youth. Relationship-building skills are essential. Responsibilities include creative programming, administrative tasks, and building a support base of ministry partners to financially support the ministry.

Some overnight shifts may be required.

The salary is based on education and experience and is funded on a missionary basis, requiring the formation of a ministry partnership team. Accommodation is available for applicants with disabilities.
