As a Tactical Instructor, you’ll deliver essential training covering flight techniques and mission execution to military pilots.
Your role includes creating engaging curricula and carrying out performance evaluations to foster skill improvement. You will also assist in mission planning and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tactical instruction in classrooms and simulators
• Develop training materials to military specifications
• Evaluate pilot competency through assessments
• Support mission planning and tactical analysis
• Uphold flight safety standards and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 500 hours in high-performance jets required
• Front-line fighter aircraft operational experience
• Valid pilot and instructor licensing
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
