Prospero Teaching seeks an engaging Teaching Assistant for a Year 1 class. The supportive environment at this two-form entry mainstream school fosters growth and development for both students and staff. You will work from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and have the opportunity to benefit from in-house training and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom activities and Year 1 curriculum

• Facilitate students' learning and development

• Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lessons

• Maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment

• Foster positive relationships with students and staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year Teaching Assistant experience in the UK

• Up-to-date Safeguarding training from the past year

• Right to Work in the UK required

• Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate essential

• Two professional child-related references required
