Elevate educational initiatives with Western University as a Program Coordinator. This full-time, in-person role focuses on coordinating workshops and support for teaching assistants and instructors.
You will play a vital role at the Centre for Teaching and Learning, serving as the primary contact for faculty, staff, and graduate students. Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and delivering workshops, managing events, and developing marketing materials to enhance program visibility. Collaboration with the Director and Associate Directors on teaching initiatives is essential to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate planning and delivery of various educational programs
• Organize and manage workshops and events for diverse audiences
• Assist in developing communications and marketing materials
• Ensure faculty and students have the resources needed
• Support initiatives that enhance teaching and learning practices
Requirements:
• Undergraduate Degree in Education or relevant field
• 3 years of experience in program coordination
• Familiarity with academic policies is preferred
• Experience with large-scale event management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphics software
