Curriculum and Examination Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development of academic timetables each term

• Act as the liaison between faculty and scheduling offices

• Manage academic course and examination scheduling

• Track and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues

• Support curriculum review processes and maintain database accuracy

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma related to administration or education

• 1-3 years’ experience in a higher education setting

• Familiar with academic scheduling systems and processes

• Excellent interpersonal and detail-oriented skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
