This involves introducing students to foundational concepts and practical methods used in designing and running the operations of manufacturing and service firms. The course focuses on how operations managers interact with other business functions, especially marketing and finance, and their role in setting and achieving strategic business goals.

Qualifications – Required Academic Degree : Master’s or PhD degree.

Qualifications –Required Discipline: Analytics, Business, Management, or related field

Qualifications
-Required Areas of Specialization: Demonstratedexperience in linear programming, building simulation models and probability. Ability to work in a teaching team. Preference given to candidates with research experience in Operations Research, Management Science.

This appointment isin accordance withthe Contract Teaching Faculty and Part-time Librarians Collective Agreement , for which the Wilfrid Laurier Faculty Association (WLUFA) is the exclusive bargaining agent. All applicants are assessed using both the “Appendix H:
