Fanshawe College Student Support Facilitator

Become a part-time Student Support Facilitator at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. Engage with CICE students and support their academic and social integration into college.

This temporary position, available until December 18, 2026, offers flexible hours that allow for a balance between work and learning. In this role, you will be assisting students through note-taking, facilitating group activities, and ensuring they successfully access college resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CICE students during class sessions

• Promote student inclusion in educational and extracurricular activities

• Facilitate the use of adaptive technology in learning environments

• Collaborate with instructors for enhancing learning outcomes

• Contribute to the student evaluation process

Requirements:

• 2-year diploma or degree in Education or related field

• Experience working with individuals facing learning challenges

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Strong computer skills, including Word and internet research
