Environmental Project Technologist in Waterloo

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Shape environmental health at Pinchin as a Project Technologist in Waterloo, ON. This hybrid role focuses on environmental assessments to promote sustainable community development.

Pinchin is looking for a Project Technologist to improve the Environmental Due Diligence team in Waterloo. As a full-time employee, you will support Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments while collaborating on remediation projects. This position involves working closely with Project Managers and technical staff, promoting teamwork across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments

• Support field work for Excess Soil planning

• Assist with Record of Site Condition submissions

• Perform groundwater and soil monitoring tasks

• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field

• 0-2 years of experience in environmental consulting

• Knowledge of Ontario Regulations and CSA Standards

• Strong writing and documentation skills

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle access
