GHD's internship program is dedicated to supporting Indigenous students, offering mentorship and hands-on experience within engineering and environmental domains. Interns will engage in a variety of projects, assisting in administrative tasks, site visits, and project-related research, contributing to their professional development and community growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in communication prep for clients and contractors
• Engage in project-related field activities and site visits
• Conduct research pertaining to specific projects
• Prepare various documentation, including progress reports
• Provide support for administrative project tasks
Requirements:
• Enrollment in or recent graduation from a related field
• Preference for Indigenous candidates (First Nations, Métis, Inuit)
• Interest in engineering or science demonstrated through experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license a must
