Drive innovation in battery cell production with Power Co as a Senior Factory Engineering Specialist. This position offers hybrid work flexibility while managing critical engineering programs in St. Thomas.

As part of Volkswagen Group's new factory, you will oversee the management of all Factory Engineering operations at the St. Thomas facility.

Your role will involve aligning various engineering disciplines and technical processes to prepare for scalable, cost-efficient manufacturing. Collaborating with a diverse team will fuel your growth in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering schedules, milestones, and risks

• Coordinate technical methods and documentation for consistency

• Lead factory ramp-up and readiness assessments

• Establish KPIs and reporting routines for governance

• Conduct workshops and supplier meetings for alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• Minimum 10 years in factory or industrial engineering

• Proficient with Siemens Teamcenter and similar tools

• Familiarity with production workflow analysis methodologies

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
