At All-Equip, you will shape the future of heavy transportation through inventive trailer designs. With more than five years of mechanical design experience in pertinent industries, leverage your skills in 3D CAD modeling using Onshape. This role emphasizes translating customer needs into functional designs, collaborating closely with production teams, and mentoring developing engineers to enhance overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design grain and specialty trailers from concept to production release

• Create and maintain 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings

• Collaborate with production for manufacturability improvements

• Educate and mentor developing engineers on design standards

• Participate in design reviews and hands-on product testing

Requirements:

• 5+ years in mechanical design for heavy transportation

• Proficiency in Onshape or similar CAD software

• Solid understanding of GD&T and engineering documentation

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering or related field
