This role allows you to take ownership of designing secure Microsoft 365 solutions while acting as a subject matter expert within large enterprise frameworks. You will be involved in both innovative design and operational excellence, balancing responsibilities across several initiatives that improve organizational efficiency. Your experience will facilitate the operational handover and knowledge transfer, strengthening our end-user impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineer and maintain Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions

• Lead initiatives with comprehensive project documentation

• Participate in identity security and access initiatives

• Design standardized Windows endpoint platforms

• Collaborate for continuous improvement in service delivery

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in IT, focusing on collaboration tools

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management

• Strong analytical capabilities for problem-solving

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Advanced knowledge of identity management and SSO
