You will program manage a comprehensive engineering portfolio critical to the success of Volkswagen Group’s newest factory. This opportunity allows you to leverage your extensive experience in large-scale manufacturing environments and create meaningful outputs through innovation and collaboration. Your contributions will help ensure high-quality industrial operations as the team prepares for production ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete Factory Engineering program management

• Provide technical guidance to ensure method consistency

• Facilitate integration of engineering functions across the facility

• Maintain engineering documentation and version control

• Lead cross-functional troubleshooting and assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

• At least 10 years in manufacturing engineering

• Strong planning and factory layout skills

• Expertise in process optimization techniques

• Capable of managing dynamic engineering challenges
