Senior Hardware Engineering Manager RF​/PCB

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager specializing in RF and PCB development. This strategic role focuses on overseeing the execution of engineering roadmaps and enhancing verification methodologies.

In this leadership position, you will guide daily tasks across RF, PCB, and mechanical disciplines. Your responsibilities include enforcing thorough verification processes, conducting design reviews, and collaborating with contract manufacturers. Close interaction with firmware and QA teams will ensure the creation of robust, field-ready hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct RF and PCB engineering tasks effectively

• Implement strict V&V practices with defined gates

• Lead design reviews and enforce ECO disciplina

• Coordinate NPI with contract manufacturers

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in hardware engineering

• Proven track record as a team leader (2–4 years)

• Deep understanding of PCB and RF principles

• Experience with EMC/EMI design principles

• Familiarity with mechanical design and validation techniques
