The position requires MECP certification and experience in wastewater systems, ensuring adherence to regulations and documentation. You will participate in emergency response, operational training, and assist in team development to optimize performance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain wastewater collection and water distribution systems

• Ensure compliance with MECP regulations and documentation

• Participate in on-duty rotation for Operator in Charge duties

• Provide operational training to team members

• Engage in team development programs to meet divisional goals

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• MECP Certified Operator in Wastewater Collection

• 1-2 years of related manual labor experience

• Valid MTO 'DZ' class driver’s license

• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service
