OCWA Process & Compliance Technician

Location: Grand Bend

In this technician position, you'll focus on implementing programs for environmental compliance and process control in wastewater treatment. You’ll help maintain legal compliance while providing training and support to operations staff. This is a chance to engage with advanced technology in the largest water service provider in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support environmental compliance initiatives and audits

• Analyze water treatment processes for safety adherence

• Provide compliance training to technical staff

• Monitor operations and operational adjustments

• Prepare technical reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Class 1 certifications in Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment

• Education in environmental sciences

• Solid understanding of safety regulations

• Valid Class G driver's license

• Flexibility for travel and emergency response
